Located in a quiet neighborhood in Burlington County, New Jersey, our residents are proud to call Wynwood Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center home. Over the past 30 years our family-oriented community has provided superior care to our residents while maintaining their dignity and supporting a holistic, meaningful way of life.

With compassion, warmth and clinical excellence, our 24/7 skilled nursing staff and specialized team of doctors assure the physical and mental wellbeing and dignity of all our residents. An array of specialists visit regularly to treat our residents onsite, avoiding the discomfort of traveling to outside appointments.
Now, with new ownership and management in place, we’re focused on improving our already amazing community with a fresh approach to long term care (LTC) that will use the most up-to-date technologies in the healthcare industry to support our patients and their families.
